Project Based Learning (PBL)

 


Just as technology has become an essential part of the education process, so too has project based learning (PBL).  PBL is a wonderful way to engage students and get them to ownership of their learning.  It is student centered since students come up with a question and from there, using a variety of means, research the question to find an answer or solution. Below is an infographic about the benefits of PBL.

The PBL, including rubrics, was created for a first grade class, but it is part of a great collaborative STEAM project.
